Hygiene

Strict adherence to prescribed uniform, cleanliness and personal hygiene is to be ensured. (It will be advisable to send additional undergarment for girls and boys if necessary). Make your Little child learn to tie shoe laces on his/her own and zip and unzip his shorts

Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 4:15 pm

Saturday - 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Expected Behaviourand Discipline From AIPS Students

  • Pupils should be punctual and regular to School every day.
  • Be respectful to the elders, school employees, fellow students and all the visitors to the school.
  • Any misbehavior which may cause disturbance to the smooth functioning of the school is considered as Low Tolerance Behaviour and will lead to disciplinary action.
  • Care should be taken to protect school property. Any damage faused to the school property will have to be borne by the parents / guardian of the child.
  • Books, cardigans bags, shoes and other articles brought to school have the name of the student and standard marked on them. Pupils must look after personal items. School will not be responsible for the loss of personal items brought by the students to school.

Teaching Staff

The teacher at AIPS does not just transmit knowledge, but play a multifaceted role in the personality development of every student; she / he is a role model, philosopher, facilitator, mentor and above all a custodian of values. They are recruited after a thorough screening of their knowledge, skills, attitude, ethics and values.

Principles of the School

  • School begins with an assembly at 9.00 am and students must be on time for the assembly. Those coming late will require an admit slip from the Principal.
  • Bags and Uniforms shall be issued on the re-opening day of the school. Students have to bring only a rough book, pen/pencil and lunch on the re-opening day.
  • Students are accountable to the school authorities for their conduct.
  • If a student needs to leave school early, written request from parents/guardian is required for permission to be granted.
  • Attendance on the opening and closing day of every term is compulsory.
  • Students are not allowed to (a) receive visitors (b) attend or make calls unless the school deems it necessary.
  • Mobile phones / money / electronic gadgets / I-pods / camera / chewing of gum, colouring and streaking of hair / eye makeup / nail polish / wearing fancy watches / rings & chains / bracelets / body piercing / colourful accessories such as clip, hair bands, long and fancy earrings, tattoo etc., are strictly prohibited. "Boys must keep their hair short and not grow beard, moustache and not wear ear studs". Students are expected to be neatly dressed. Violation of the above will lead to stringent action.
  • Books, uniforms, bags, shoes and other belongings brought to the school must possess the student’s name and class marked on them.
  • Students are liable to make good any damage caused to the school property.
  • Minimum 90% attendance is compulsory for an academic year.
  • Only chocolates to be sent with the students on birthdays for classmates as well as teachers. Students can come in Colour Dress.
  • Students are not allowed to come or go in between the school hours for any reason except emergency.
  • In case of any sickness, parents shall be intimated by the school. Parents can kindly make their own arrangement to pick the child.
  • Parents need to attend all the PTMs conducted in the academic session.
  • In case of any apprehensions, please call the school office and clarify between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm any of these numbers 9900373734, 9342524466, 08232-298035, 213499.
  • Important events shall be intimated through SMS.
  • Do make use of the ERP App for the academic details and attendance of the students.
  • Students shall not be allowed into the classrooms if the specified dress code is not followed.
  • Parents are not allowed to visit the school from 12:30 pm to 2:15 pm on any working day of the week as it is the Lunch Break for children.
  • Please ensure that decent language is spoken in the presence of the child at home.
  • Download “UOLO Notes” app for daily updates of homework/unit test/copy writing, events in the school, etc. An SMS shall be sent in case the app is not downloaded.
  • Please assist your ward in completion of the regular assignments.
  • Send healthy food for snacks/lunch. A napkin needs to be compulsorily sent.
